What helps us quote quickly

You do not need every detail to send a request. The more of the following we have, the fewer questions we need to ask before pricing.

  • Origin and destination: town or port, and country. Tell us if we should collect from the supplier or deliver to your door.
  • What the goods are. A short description is enough at this stage.
  • Weight and dimensions of the packages, or the container type (for example 20GP or 40HC) for full container loads.
  • When the cargo is ready for collection.
  • The Incoterm, if you have agreed one with your supplier or buyer. The Incoterm (for example FOB or DDP) sets out who pays for which part of the transport.
